Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The order is incomplete or missing items.
To initiate a return request, customers must provide clear photographs of the product and packaging along with the order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.
- Products purchased during special promotional offers or clearance sales.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider or bank.
- Allow additional processing time before contacting support.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
In approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Chronastra may arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping reimbursement, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
